Hello i am trying to link application with gc key but unsuccessful what should I enter in number of applicants? For my father only. I tried 1, 2 ( him and me) , 5 as well ( 1 plus 4 family members), even tried 4 , nothing works. Also used ecas and nothing shows up. Seems they have not started processing the application yet with XF number with pending documents request. I submitted the pending docs both via email and web form etc so assuming they received it (got confirmation) but don't know if they started processing it for app to become tracked online

Hi,
I have been asked few additional documents like voting card,Adhar card , election card. I am Canadian citizen and these all documents are not valid.
Also, they have asked copy of my original birth certificate and my marriage certificate which I have attached already.

Can someone help me with document submission? Exactly what is expected or if anyone has faced the same situation ?
Also, in family information form, they are asking me to fill out dependents where as there are no dependents on my parents. So, not sure what it means

Thank you!

It seems this is a standard ADR request. See whatever you have and submit. If not, write a letter of explanation and submit to email and via webform per instructions on ADR letter. They will review and reply

Hi, I recently received an email for ADR for my parents' PGP applications. The list of documents they asked for -

a) Proof of relationship to sponsor - They have asked to submit Voter card, Aadhar card and school graduation certificates. Also, the email mentioned that if I do not have these documents, I can submit Indian passport copies, PAN card, and the sponsor's ration card. Between the two sets of documents, I do not have a complete set of either. Can I still submit all the documents I have?
Although I am not sure why they requested these documents, the document checklist specifies that a birth certificate is required for proof of relationship, and I did submit it. Is it possible they missed seeing it? They did not acknowledge or mention anything about the birth certificate originally submitted with the application.

b) Use of Representative - They have asked to resubmit it because it was incomplete due to a missing hand signature. However, I have read the form and checklist again, and can not see where it says it needs to be hand-signed. On the contrary, it states on the checklist that it should be completed, signed, and dated electronically.
So, has anyone else had a similar situation? Where would I sign as a representative for my parents?

Can someone help me with document submission?
Thank you!

For representative form, need to fill out, print, then signed by you and your parents, then scan it ans submit either via email or webform

What are the timelines of getting an AOR ? I have received any for the application. Does the status change in the portal when you receive any notification ?

On another note, now both ADR submission and rep form handsign is formally acknowledged by IRCC. Radio silence and may be wait for AOR begins
