Make sure you include the count of sponsors in the number of people in the application. E.g. A couple sponsoring two parents - enter 4; Single person sponsoring two parents - enter 3; A couple sponsoring one parent - enter 3 etc.

Once you have uploaded receipt of payment using web form, you should be good to go. The letter asking you to pay should have the application number - if it starts with X remove the X and try with FNNNNNNNNN as the application number

How long it takes usually after Biometrics? We received biometrics request today. PCC was submitted 2 months back and applied for PGP last year in July

We have the biometrics and PCC done, medical passed. Received pre-arrival letter last week. what are next steps ? portal email ?

Once you submit get passport stamped from VFS due to know how many months validity it has or how many months are IRCC giving our parents to fly Canada . Please advise

It’s valid for 1 year from the date of the medical exam was passed. How long did it take for VFS to stamp and send back your passports with eCOPR

Hi All,

I got the Biometric Collection Letter today. Any idea if Medical letter (generally) would follow within a week's time? Trying to avoid multiple trip to those centres as we stay far from there and is lot of travel 12hr to reach there.

Any way I can get medical request to IRCC?

Thank you, but I am trying from here to check the Client Application Status: https://services3.cic.gc.ca/ecas/introduction.do?app=ecas, and then after filling in all details, it says "Application Not Found". May have to call IRCC directly. Thank you!
