The linking takes a bit of luck and lots of perseverance. Try every combination of UCI, application number, date of birth till it's done. Try only 4 different combos every day (they allow 5 every 24 hours) and write down which ones you've already used. All the best!

Make sure you include the count of sponsors in the number of people in the application. E.g. A couple sponsoring two parents - enter 4; Single person sponsoring two parents - enter 3; A couple sponsoring one parent - enter 3 etc.

Once you have uploaded receipt of payment using web form, you should be good to go. The letter asking you to pay should have the application number - if it starts with X remove the X and try with FNNNNNNNNN as the application number

How long it takes usually after Biometrics? We received biometrics request today. PCC was submitted 2 months back and applied for PGP last year in July

My parents are in Canada on super visa and we got the pre-arrival letter. do inland applicants get pre arrival letters ?
We have the biometrics and PCC done, medical passed. Received pre-arrival letter last week. what are next steps ? portal email ?
