Hello Everyone - Can someone please help me with my 2 questions below:

Question 1: How does I link an application for my mother so that I can check processing status? I have entered her UCI/LastName/DOB/COB and it just keeps on saying application not found.. I have tried this with various combos as "Person Being Sponsored" and also as "Person Sponsoring" where I then entered my details but just keeps saying Application Not Found. I know it's in progress as I have been receiving comms on it.

Question 2: I had paid the full RPRF fees, but then was requested a payment of CAD85/- for RPRF fees. I personally believe that this was because my mother had a request for Biometrics, and I believe IRCC may have used some funds from the originall RPRF fees, and wanted me to replenish it. Has anyone else had something similar done? The CAD85/- was paid a month back and I also submitted the receipt of this through a webform but since then, am just waiting.

I had this scenario - One parent received a furtherance letter for sputum test and x-ray to be re-done 3 months later. IRCC receives updates in the system, when you get an appointment and doc result uploads or any other notes.

We had Sputum tests done here in Canada and because my parents were travelling back, the doc here left a note for x-ray TBD at any other clinic in home country. X-ray done at another clinic and uploaded by doc. Medical now passed for both parents. So one parent result had to wait for another and IRCC takes care of that.

So you do not have worry about the 30days. I understand it is only to make sure you have started the process in 30 days and you will need to follow any timelines specified in furtherance letter or whatever else IRCC asks you to do.

I am not an expert but sharing my observations from few months ago

You did everything right. Just wait for your p1 email.

Yes, will continue to wait, today around 3pm i got acknowledgment from IRCC for the webform i had raised last week on 4th June regarding informing them that my mother is in Canada, they responded back saying they have updated the file and have forwarded the information to the responsible office and that office will contact if any further info is required.

I got invitation to sponser my parents . My parents got medical done for their super visa in april 2024 . will that be good for PGP application
also my mom got additional test request for sputum exam and that was done in march .now they are asking to get repeat chest x-ray in june . any concerns for that .she never had TB in her life but when we had CT chest done for her it was showing old scars .

I received request to create a new resume with details of the occupation, context Im a family representative of the applicant. The principal application has long been retired close to 40 years from his military service and just has passive income he does not work for and his spouse just manages the household.


For someone in a similar situation how did they proceed with resume

I applied for parents on July 23rd.

No update after pcc/email address were requested on March 3rd.

Hello everyone, I'll appreciate input to this.
I'm sponsoring my mum for PGP and she has been sent for series of medical tests. We are at the final stage, just waiting on IRCC on a decision on the medicals. We just got this letter from the IOM office in my country:

Trust this email finds you well.
We would like to invite you to our facility for an update regarding your migration health assessment. Kindly visit the IOM Annex.
Please come along with the original copy of your international passport, as well as, all previous test results.

Does this mean she will be issued the PR visa? There's been lots of anxiety around this.
I would appreciate a response especially from anyone that have experienced this.

I submitted webform for change of address to Canada. There was no reply just generic confirmation they received the webform submission. In my case I updated address in February long before the p1 and p2 emails. In your case I would wait for p1 mail. Usually they take 3-4 weeks between each steps so I would not be surprised if they take 3-4 weeks to send you the p1 email.

Your visa office should be Mississauga. In this case you can correct this and send another webform

Thank you. I submitted with CPC Mississauga selected office and got email acknowledgement that they received my updated information. Now waiting. By the way, what is P1 and P2? I have no idea sorry.
