For the virtually landed parents, how can we declare the properties/bank balance back home?
Also, we dont want to sell it in the nearest future but later in the future for sure,
How can we declare it now and later don’t get taxed on it?
These used be a process of submitting a list of non-accompanying goods to bring to Canada.
You can also declare fixed properties in foreign country during tax filing.

Professional services for translation may not be available but depending upon the country of origin there is a chance of getting some help.
However CBSA officers may stop other persons helping your parents. Better to accompany them with someone who can speak English.

NDVO might have already sent this information to Canadian office, but due to holidays, Canadian offices would be busy.
Wait until Jan 6-7, if you don’t get anything then send another webform ro NDVO.

Hi Folks,
Principal Applicant status changed from In Process to "Application Received". Just checked ECAS today after Dec 9th. Anyone have any idea what is that means or anyone have experience with this?
File was transferred to NDVO on Dec 9th, no updates yet.

It means NDVO has just received your file and it will be processed... Then it will be back to « In Process» when NDVO starts processing it.

Hi everyone.
Hope you all had a nice Christmas. We were asked for Medicals but my mom had it done in Feb 2021, passed March 1st 2021. What should I send as proof that it was done?

Thanks

Looks like they want her to redo the medical, that's weird it's not even expired yet
