But we never received any request for PCC or biometrics ? is there any positive signs for next step ? please advise

I have provided all the info for my mom, it is almost a week. I did not receive any further communication from Virtual Landing Unit.

Any experience from others, will help.

From Which IRCC office did you receive your first email. I know one applicant in BC received the details within few hours of sending the above-mentioned details. the surprise was he received portal instructions on Saturday and received ECOPR on wednesday

Other one I received on Monday with following footer:
(GCMS user ID)
(Office’s city name)
Immigration Refugees and Citizenship Canada

Both of them I replied with same email id, waiting for their response.

In your case, it may happen soon as CPC-M is active now.
Did they confirm the medical is extended for one year?

It was just updated on mycic that you passed medicals on July 24th but not sure if it is extended for 1 year or less.
First medicals were passed in Feb 2020.
