Can you guys help me with Question 14 on IMM5768.

- I am self employed since july 2018 to present. How can i fill the gross pay
- I had 1 week off between jobs when i was employed during 2015-2018... do i need to put this as unemployed.
- do we need to fill the employment history job wise or year wise?

When you guys are checking the status for the submitted application are u checking with the sponsors UCI number or principal applicants UCI number?

I tried both. None worked for me.

I thank you all you have responded in the past, I appreciate.

I have a few questions please:

I answered "Yes" on question 8 on IMM 5768 and I answered "No" on question 16 on the IMM 5768. Question 16 does not apply to me as I do not have a Co-signer. What do I do, do you I provide a NOA? YES, I will still recommend to provide NOA, it will help the IRCC Officer to review your income quickly.

Additional Family for does not have enough space for my mother's siblings. Is it okay to fill a second page for it or just type out all the information on Microsoft word? Fill one separate copy of the Additional Family Info Form, after printing it, hand-write 'EXTRA SHEET' on top of it. ALSO, make sure your parent sign the extra sheet too.

My Mother visited Canada in 2014 and 2016 for a visit and the maximum time she has spent here is 4 months. Does question 12 on the Generic application apply to her? If it does, where do I provide these information? NO, THE Q12 in IMM0008 won't apply to you.

My sisters are 30 and 35 and they are both married and they don't plan on accompanying my mother. Which form do I include their information if they are not dependants? You don't need any form to declare that they are not your parent's dependents, just make sure you put your sisters information in Additional Family Info form.

When we submitted our interest to sponsor form, were we only told to submit our PR or citizenship information? I can only remember uploading my Canadian passport. This won't matter, if you have a Citizenship Certificate or Psassport, just provide a copy of one of those with the application.

Still no update? I think they just piled the files up and the first received will be in the bottom? Really upset.

I do understand the anxiety, but I am sure your file will get in Que on the FIFO basis, as long as you didn't miss any document or there are no mistakes in the application.

@Alex_CA, Finally got the delivery confirmation from Canada Post this morning with signature image....Next Day Priority Service took 8 days for me!

I do understand the anxiety, but I am sure your file will get in Que on the FIFO basis, as long as you didn't miss any document or there are no mistakes in the application.

I submitted my application but forgot to put the Child Tax Benefit for this year under my income. will that be an issue? I have provided my SIN number BTW.

Wouldn't your Notice of Assessment carry the gross income?

For your week off, you were not unemployed, you didn't resign or discontinue your business, so you don't have to worry about it, perhaps you would have to make sure that you report any travel outside canada (during your day offs, if any) in the personal history in the applicable forms.
