I had asked the same question and the agent told me it's ok to club your income in a single row if you are working for the same employer. The agents don't have all the details they also answer from the Guide.
Even the guide says to mention the income separately as it can be different for each year.

Called IRCC Agent and received this information. Might be useful for some of you guys as well

Signature
1. Sponsor can sign forms, scan it, and send back to Parents. Parents then can sign the forms where required and Mail to IRCC.
2. Parents can sign the forms, scan it, and send back to Sponsor. Sponsor then can sign the forms and Mail to IRCC.
I asked 4-5 times if signing the forms by hand and scanning to send back is okay? and all times she said yes. She just said, it has to be signed by HAND and not electronically.

IMM 5768 Gross Salary

The Agent said that it has to be for each year separately.
For Example, if you are working for employer 'X' since 2 June 2017 until now.
Then you put it like this
From: 1-Jan-2019 to Present, then include your earning to date when you sign the form.
From: 1-Jan-2018 to 31-Dec-2018, include your pay for that year.
From: 2 June 2017 To 31 Dec 2017. In Gross Income put whatever you earned.
Then From 1 Jan 2017 to 1 June 2017 if you were working with employer' Y' then put out that details.
Also, if you work for multiple employer at same time, then put that details even if it is overlapping.

Hope it is useful information!
Didn't know that sign->scan-> sign thing can work. Good to know. This would save time and money. :)

Ofcourse! Sending forms by courier just because of signatures does not makes sense to me and it's confirmed by Agent. So why not?

Hi All, I really need your advice on this question. I submitted my ROI for parent sponsorship with my PR status. However, I will become a citizen just before I submit my application. In the form IMM1344, do I enter citizen as status and then submit a letter explaining why I did not submit as PR based on ROI?
Thanks in advance for your replies
I entered citizen and provided explanation, that it is different from what was submitted in interest to sponsor form and attached the copies of both PR and citizenship certificate

There isn't any sample letter for this. You just write a regular letter explaining in details what happened. That is all needed.
But does your income meet the the correct family size? If not, you might be rejected though...
Thanks.
Income is not an issue.
It's just that I counted parents in my EOI form.
And 2019 I have new family member after submitting EOI.
Just want to cover that.

Yes it should be.

You can still try to apply although you should get rejected.

In any case why did your friend declare he met income requirements and submit EOI when he knew he didn't?

If he was hoping for some exception then your friend should follow through and submit an application. After all they did invite him right?
From the explanation I got, she got laid off from work and only worked for part of 2016 and thought she still made enough until she checked her assessment and realized it’s shirt by a couple thousands

Hi Everyone

Question about IMM 5406 and Schedule A – Background/Declaration (IMM 5669)
Im only sponsoring my Mother, NOT My father.
So my mother is the ONLY Principle Applicant.
But since my parents are still married , does my father need to complete another copy of form IMM 5406 and IMM 5669?
Because in IMM 5406 and IMM 5669 instructions, it says Spouse should complete the form even if they do not accompanying the principle applicant
So should I send to Copies of these TWO forms, one for my Mother another for father even if my father is not an applicant?

Help please.

Guidelines 5772

Additional Family Information (IMM 5406)
Schedule A – Background/Declaration (IMM 5669)

This form must be completed by:
You, as the principal applicant,
Your spouse or common-law partner (whether accompanying you to Canada or not),
Your dependent children aged 18 or over (whether accompanying you to Canada or not).
Thanks
Ari

Is that right? If I have both my parents coming how much fees am I looking at?
You can pay the Biometric and landing fee at later stages that will only delay the application process time (its mentioned in their guideliness). Not sure about if they are already in canada then they are exempted from biometrics.

From the explanation I got, she got laid off from work and only worked for part of 2016 and thought she still made enough until she checked her assessment and realized it’s shirt by a couple thousands
So......she only checked AFTER she got her ITA but when submitting EOI did not check and ASSUMED she met the income requirements.

IRCC has to start charging some money for submission of EOIs. There is no excuse for being lazy and irresponsible.

The people who bear the brunt for this abuse are the ones who do meet requirements and couldnt get an ITA because of the impudent ones.

On the EOI it says "declare you meet income requirements". It is NOT "do you THINK you meet requirements"

People are going "ah.....I'm not sure if I meet requirements but I will just submit an EOI anyway.....what the heck right?"

Client ID is UCI. Everyone who got any type of Canada VISA will have the UCI. It usually 8 digit number on the visa.

Guide 5772 ;

Question 3
If you know your Unique Client Identifier number (UCI) or Client Identification
number (Client ID), enter it here without any spaces. If you applied for
temporary or permanent residence in the past, this is an 8 or 10 digit number
you can find on previous documents sent by us. If this is your first application
with us, or if you do not know your UCI, leave this space blank.
