Thank you. Yes, biometrics are valid until 2025, I am hoping to submit everything on the 25th as it takes a bit of time to get the certificate.
 
I keep having issues with log-in IRCC, does anyone have any idea how to fix this? Yes, I tried cleaning memories, using phone, tablet, laptop, and desktop, after entering all credentials, it just takes to CIC.ca

It appears that the site is not working today. I could not login today.

Has anyone experience this with their online application. I logged in yesterday and today and my mum in processing application is missing. There is no profile in the account. Before if i log in it would have all the information like application number, biometric info etc and status of the application. But now i cant even find any application under her profile.

What should i do??
 
What do you see under background check on your CIC account?
I tried calling but the status that is given on the phone also says the BG check has not started yet similar to my CIC account!
it says we are processing your background check for mine.

How can you check that status ? Mine only says in process, I can’t check if the background has started yet or not.
