Guys, I need a bit of advice, please.

I am preparing documents for Quebec and not sure what to do about "last income tax year"
I didn't submit my taxes for 2020 yet (I know, I know, I should have done that a long time ago).
Will it look weird for them if I send RL1, Tax Return, etc. for 2019?
My situation for 2020 didn't change much, just a little bit higher income.
Would you wait another month to get the Notice of Assessment for 2020 and send that?

Just for your information..

Please refer line 612 in the spread sheet, PPR letter was received on 11th March 2021 and our passport are still with IRCC for stamping..

Today I received an email from CIC stating that status of my application is updated in my CIC account..

CIC account shows..

Your eligibility is checked on 16th April 2021..
Your documents are valid..
Validity of documents is mentioned as 2022/02/10 (This seems to be the date of our second medical)

Received the Pre-arrival letter just now (April 17, 2021). How long does it usually take to get a DM and PPR then? Does this mean we have meet all the eligibilities?

I checked our spreadsheet and it seems some of us waited another 3-4 months to get DM/PPR after this letter.

My parents got in-principle approval for PR in mid-2019, got medicals, biometrics and PCC done in Dec 2019 and got the decision made and everything cleared online. But since then no letter or email for Passport stamping. Its been almost 18 months now, anyone sailing in the same ship. We applied for my parents PR in end of April 2019.

My parents got in-principle approval for PR in mid-2019, got medicals, biometrics and PCC done in Dec 2019 and got the decision made and everything cleared online. But since then no letter or email for Passport stamping. Its been almost 18 months now, anyone sailing in the same ship. We applied for my parents PR in end of April 2019.

I applied in mid May. Everything is done still no update . It will be two years in mid May.
