Hi, you know what does the intake number mean?CPC Mississauga – PGP19
and this the first and last letter I received from them.
Dear Sir/Madam:
This refers to your application to sponsor your parent(s) or grandparent(s) (PGP) xxxxxxx under the Family Class.
Your application has been accepted under the intake cap for 2019.
Your application number is located below the date of this letter. You must quote this reference number in any future correspondence related to this file. This correspondence also acknowledges receipt of your payment. Please keep a copy of this letter for your records.
I ordered GCMS notes and the intake number is 3568. They approved my sponsorship application on Sep 11th, 2019, and didn't follow up after that. No email sent for sponsorship approval and I had to update them for my marital status change and since then, nothing.
Awful Work Ethics.
It means they will probably skip PPR and complete virtual landing for them as they are already in CanadaHello all
My parents file were received on May 29, 2019. My local office is CPC-M. They have biometrics and medical done on November 2019 and since then there is no update. Today just now, I received a phone call from immigration office and asked me if my parents are currently in Canada. I told them yes.
The agent told me that's all she wants to know. Then I asked her how long will it take for my parents to complete the process and what else is required from me. She said she cannot give me a timeline now.
I'm just wondering the meaning of asking my parents current living status in Canada.
OK. Thanks. However my parent's case is not DM2 yet. Fingers crossed and I just hope the agents can expedite the process...It means they will probably skip PPR and complete virtual landing for them as they are already in Canada
Sorry really don't know, maybe the number is given when they opened my application.Hi, you know what does the intake number mean?

Check the tracker, there are many others on the same boat. https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1AqTuXZrYG6sg4UHpHBEaMbWTgbHtvxzWYedaojGh0bg/edit?ts=5e27655c&pli=1#gid=945174368@serious_cheese
Hello, I just got AOR Sept 30th. Application received since June 2019 at CPC-M. Almost 15 months and just AOR. Is that possible? My parents are still in the Phils. How can I transfer CPC from Mississauga to Manila? Can I do that or IRCC will?
Only 9 months to go for the 24-month processing deadline. Unless they will extend due to the current situation? My parents are getting old and feeling hopeless. Appreciate your input.
Hi, the number is shown as "Private number" on my phone. Can you please tell us the phone number they called from ?
Thanks
You should have followed up with the panel physician to double confirm that INDEED there is no furtherance test. Do immediately the below two things as many months passed:Hi everyone,
Thanks for this amazing resource. I'm trying to figure out whether I should be waiting patiently for results, or if Immigration is waiting for more medical documentation.
Immigration sent a letter requesting further medical information, see panel physician for details (Dec. 19, 2019). I responded that the panel physician said no further medical information had been requested (Dec. 20). Immigration said no letter was sent on Dec. 19, and "that the medical exam was not received by the responsible office yet" (Dec. 24). In January the panel physician realized he hadn't submitted all the medical documentation and did so. I wrote to ask for confirmation that it had been finally received (April 4). Immigration says "We have verified the information you provided. You will find more information related to your enquiry in the letter requesting further medical information that was mailed to you on December 24, 2019" (April 9).
I read "we have verified the information you provided" as meaning all documentation had been received, but given the delay I'm starting to doubt that.
I see that ECAS says "We sent you medical instructions on August 14, 2019. To avoid delays, please provide us the information requested in the letter as soon as possible. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us."
Using GC-key, I get current status = submitted, messages = none, and "We have requested a medical exam. We will send you a letter or email with details." It also says "We have received the additional documents you provided." I'm not sure if these "additional documents" are the complete medical documentation sent in April. If all the documentation had been received in April, would there be confirmation of that online?
Any wisdom (or reassurance!) you could offer would be much appreciated!
