What is your In process date?
You can get In process date from Sponsorship Application Ecas ,
myCIC doesn't let me link my mom's application. not sure what am I doing wrong, but tried several times with no luck.
could it be because I do not have 'use of rep' form signed in my name yet?

that's sound wired.

Biomatirc is valid for 10 years.

its looks like you did not specify, that you already did Biomatirc previously.

i would still suggest better call CIC or VFS global for this issue.

Permanent residence applicants : You’ll need to give your biometrics and pay the fee each time you apply, even if you gave your biometrics in the past for another application.
