Hi All,

CIC received my application on June 24, 2019 and i got email from them on 3rd December 2019 stating application number and confirming that application has been accepted in intake for 2019.

  • I am unable to link the application to myCIC. I have tried it several times and everytime it tells me no result found
  • When i check ECAS, it tells me that application was received and nothing else.
Questions --
1. When will status change? Any idea? What is the process?
2. How to link to myCIC?

Sponsorship
  1. We received your application to sponsor XXXXXXXX on May 17, 2019.

Dependents listed on the application are: XXXXXXXXX.
  2. We started processing your application on September 11, 2019.
& @May1379

If you sponsor someone before, IRCC is doing a provincial social assistance check. If there is no communication from IRCC, this long delay is a good indication of that. You can order a GCMS notes (will take a month to get) to confirm it. Search in the forum as few others are also in the same boat.

3-5 days.
If you meet financial conditions that mean all good and at this stage no any other reason to refuse.
Did you got Bio request ? Check myCIC. call CIC to get results and ask for your Local VO.
just when checking online status in sponsorship section it says DM, Permanent residence - in process.
No other requests

Hey guys, I am May 31st applicant, we submitted biometric results on Nov. 25th. Since then there is no updates from London office. Anyone in same boat or has any suggestion on what's going on with delays? Thanks

Congratulation for DM2 ! Within next fortnight most probably you will get PPR .
Hi All
I have called CIC and they were not able to give a firm response as to what are the next steps. I am highly confused about the process now. Anyone in this group whose parents are in CANADA during the duration of file processing? Appreciate your reply. !

All those whose parents already landed
For OHIP, how do I show an address proof for the parent, she will have none of the documents mentioned on the OHIP website.
She has only COPR and Passport but none are accepted as address proof.
Thanks in advance !
