I'm actually waiting for ppr letter, I got DM for applicant already. I don't even know when the the status been changed to DM in ecas since the last time I login in was like more than a week ago. Not sure from DM to receive the the ppr letter will take how long.

Application received: May 07,2019.
Biometric request: August 1,2019.
Medical request: August 14,2019.

Both my parents currently in Canada on visitor visa but Biometric letter says they have to leave Canada In order to do Biometric as there is no Biometric center in Canada available. I asked for extension for them on August 3,2019.(via Webform) but didn’t received any response from CIC.And received medical request in mean time while waiting for their answer on extension request. If anyone have same situation or Any suggestion please try to help.

I just found out about this forum and now I'm deeply worried. I got the invitations to sponsor my parents on April 26 2019. According to my tracking number, the documents were received on June 5th. I also paid all fees.
The thing is I didn't get any update on it yet and I'm very worried What should I do?

They didn't processed it yet...AoR sent till May 23 till last Friday.

Hi, my parents are here in Canada on visa, but I didn't mention it in the application. I heard it can speed up the process. How can I notify CIC that they are currently residing in Canada. thanks

oh by the way, in case someone was wondering, my application has been in process for a month as of yesterday, still nothing, and it was received on April 26th (first day), so people, just relax and stop complaining about not receiving anything yet as I'm sure there are lots of you that are way ahead of us and got their applications received after...

It looks like they're clearing up us early folks. My app got there April 30 and I got AoR same day as you July 11. I went to in process Aug 16 and got Bio letter Aug 19. Your app could start moving from here.

Hello, I received an invitation to sponsor my parent on 25th April 2019, Complete application package was received at Ottawa on 11th June. I have not received any response after that. I am really worried if everything is fine with my application. I also tried to link my application for online tracking but unable to do it. The PO box address where I sent my application CPC-PGP PO Box 8020 STN T CSC, I am wondering if sent file to wrong box may be. Please advise.
