Hi, May i know how you are able to contact CIC agent? i tried with different options to get in contact with agent...but all CI number options are leading to atutomatic replies only...

hey, I called this number around 2pm EST: Telephone: 1-888-242-2100 (in Canada only), I followed prompts for sponsorship and I was able to speak to an agent with only about a 30 minute wait time

On Ecas, it says medical received for our status. Is there any difference b/w medical received and IME passed? Would the ecas say IME passed as a status line when medical has been reviewed?

Or call sharp at 8 am your time (whichever Canadian province you are in) to reach an agent

Guys, I am a little concerned. I submitted my Application last year Sept 11, 2018 - I received SA in March 2019 that file transferred to New Delhi but since then I got no request or Update. I called CIC call center and they said my file is in Canada and was never transferred to New Delhi VO.

Did that ever happen to anyone? Should I be concerned? Its almost been 11 months and people who applied in the same time frame got their PPR already. Am I allowed to get GCMS notes on file?

Hi Guys

Today I got my parents passport delivered with visa stamped and CoPR document attached.
We are planning to do inland Landing at Edmonton IRCC office.
Is there anyone who can share their experience and timelines.. I sent out the email for requesting an appointment. got the auto response of getting back within 30 Days.. Typically how long do they take to respond and any idea about the wait time for appointment.

Here is my updated timeline
ANSAL.

* Passport received with Visa and CoPR on 06-Aug-2019
* Status Updated to Decision made on 30-July and on CIC account they updated the travel documents
* Passport sent to Ottawa on 12-July-2019 (Reached Ottawa on 15-July-2019)
* PPR email - 12-July2019 ( No update on the CIC account though, still showing In Process)
* Pre Arrival email on the CIC account - 1-Jun-2019
* Decision made on the CIC application status - 1-Jun-2019 ( Not updated on the CIC account where PR application is linked)
* Medicals passed - 1st week of Mar 2019
* Medicals done and PCC submitted - 25-Feb-2019
* PCC Request - 19-Feb-2019
* Medical Request - 15-Feb-2019
* Sponsorship DM - 8-Feb-2019
* AOR - 11-Nov-2018
* Application sent - 15-Aug-2018

Ecase for myself only notes Medicals Received, however GC Key where one links the application notes Medicals Passed- check your GC Key status

That is weird, but I would not believe what the call center agent says as in my and many others experience they always seem to be incorrect- it takes around a month for file to be physically transferred to an LVO outside Canada. Request GCMS notes and that will make it clear as to when and if file was transferred and what is the status of the file.
