Hi,

Just a quick question, planning to sponsor my parent. For cases were my parent needs living care assistance, will this have a possibility to be approved? If yes, can you bring her current care giver from the home country?

Thanks

If the parent requires live in care, chances are very high they will be refused due to excessive demand (i.e. their costs to medical / social care systems will exceed $6,500 per year). Having said that, you are free to try.

You can't bring her current care giver as part of PR app. Care giver would first need approved LMIA and then work permit in order to come to Canada.

Due to excessive demand if she went into public system for living care, it's highly doubtful your parent's app would ever be approved in the first place.
