Can't call them, there office in Islamabad is not open. They only interact through e.mails. I had requested Lahore but they offered me Islamabad. I will try and I hope I will make it to IOM.

It happened to me and later it was automatically resolved. But the situation lasted only two days so you better email them quick. Also try using a proxy like Ultrasurf

I have already emailed technical support but they take 10 working days to reply
Tried using Ultrasurf but no result still same.
