I see some people (@hassan51214, @hunk902, @Hasan Arif, @aabrar, @Huzaifa911, @f_karar ) in excel file who had submitted paper-based application with Upfront medical.

Can anyone please let me know how to take upfront medical for paper based application? What document IOM will ask for the medical?

Can I take upfront medical for paper-based application?

When you go to IOM for upfront medical, they give you an emedical information sheet. For online applications, you scan and upload this form and paper based applications, you submit the hard copy. This is what IOM people told me. I know people who did upfront medical with Paper based applications this way.

Then MEM prog in which i got in at memorial uni is being discontinued from next year. And prog is not giving me a deferral for winter semester.
What to do now? have not got med call still or req for updated letter of request.

Please help

Can embassy accept letter of enrolment in courses in which uni states that this student is currently being enrolled etc etc?

No, you will not need to explain your FRC in SOP. You can simply explain your own ties with them and if they run a business then you can explain your future affiliation with it. However, you can simply attach original or a copy of FRC with your paperbased application itself to show your established ties in Pakistan. (Not needed in online application) An employer's cannot confirm if you would be back to home country unless you are being sponsored by the employer. However, you can use this letter as an evidence of your salary and your productivity.

If I have a job offer from an employer than can he confirm that I'll be return back to my home country as there will be a job waiting for me after completion of studies? on my behalf

In my opinion, you should not mention that any of your siblings are living abroad as it might weaken your bonding with Pakistan, leaving VO in doubt that you might be settling in Canada too.

You should contact the embassy regarding this and explain the situation. They would be able to advise you the best possible solution. Otherwise, if there is no choice, uni can get you enrolled in any other Program with same discipline.

No, you don't need to. They would have this information in their record. You should mention this refusal on the specific section of the application form only.
