Pakistani Applicants waiting for PPR (Stage 1 or 2 letters) from CHC London

I am mostly the Lurker who visits daily but does not post much I believe there are quite a lot like me here

Ok By the grace of God I received the PP1 today through email

The Application was submitted in Oct 2011, The Interview was held in Abu Dhabi on 21 Feb 2013, Meds Done on 28th March 2013. And today received the PPR1.

I just wanted to clear something in the email it was written

Step 1: Submit the documents listed below to our office in London. (These instructions do not apply to
accompanying family members who are entitled to Canadian citizenship, because they will have to travel on
their Canadian passports.)
1. Clear photocopies of your passport and the passports of each accompanying family member. The
passports must meet the Passport Specifications on page 2 of this letter because these are the passports you
will use to travel to Canada.
2. The Updated Information Chart on page 3 fully completed for you and each accompanying family member.
Submit these three items within 30 days of the date of this letter (or the date of the email if you received this by
email). All items for you and your accompanying family members must be submitted together in one package.

What I do not understand is that they have mentioned 2 things in the email that have to send them.
- The copies of Passports
- The completed form that they have sent me in the email

But if you read the text above they say that i submit the 3 items... I do not understand what the 3rd item is

Any input from the experienced is highly appreciated.

By the grace of Almighty Allah and prayers of my family. Alhamdulillah, I received my passports today from CHC UK with Visa and COPR.

Thanks to all for all your help and support esp. KhiPAK, neokool, nashe and etc... ;D

Since I just did my re-medical in August 2013 I have till 19th August 2014 to land in Canada.

ONE COPY OF ALL PAGES WHERE EVER YOU HAVE ANY INFORMATION. BUT MUST BE CLEAR / EASILY READABLE (COLOR OR BLACK AND WHITE NOT PROBLEM)

I would like to add that if pictures are not specifically mentioned in PPR1 then no need to send. I also thought that the third item would be pictures and I sent with PPR1 but in PPR2 they asked for pictures with size specifications so I had to resend fresh pictures. I informed my photographer the specifications before taken the pictures.

Actually they send you a slightly modified version of the passport request that is sent to everyone who can send the passports directly to London.

They have removed the photo line from the PPR1 document, because it is not needed. however they have not modified the section to change 3 items to 2 items.

I originally applied from Pakistan, however since I live in the UAE, they sent me the passport request to be submitted directly to London (no step 1/step 2). Comparing my PPR (known PHEP letter) to the PPR 1 document members have posted in this forum, I see only slight changes between mine and PPR 1.

I AM ASKING SHOULD I USE TCS SERVICES OR FEDEX ETC ?
AND AFTER HOW MANY DAYS ONE CAN RECEIVE PASSPORT.

Max time of getting your PP back is 29 Days (as indicated in KhiPak sheet). But mostly are getting PP back in 2 weeks.

You might have done this already.. Contsct CHC london by email and share the criticality of travel dates and also inform them about invalid tracking number.

It just says that, but they add this line, when they are satisfied with your medicals and no further tests are needed.
