If you are in Pakistan, then Passports submission will be in two parts. In PPR-1 you will submit photocopies of your passport to CHC/Visa office, after 3-4 weeks you will get PPR-2 to submit your original passport to CHC Islamabad.

Yes, fiance can be included in application, since Canada recognizes Common-Law partners. But you will have to prove it.

Does your fiancee have all his degrees and education certificates ready? All of this can delay your case. So, if you are not in hurry to move to Canada, you can have him added. But keep in mind that it can delay your processing a bit.

no no .Fiance class was killed off in June, 2002. Since then, couples can no longer process their immigration applications at the same time that they are making their wedding preparations. Now they must wait until they are actually married before filing an application.
