Yes off course,, degrees must be attested by the HEC and MOFA (Ministry of Foreign Affair)

Its better to get your degrees accredited when you are still in Pakistan. Following URL can help you in selecting required agency.

Any degree that is evaluated through HEC or MOFA, got no meaning for Canadian authority until accredited through their own agencies.

Should we get our degrees accredited while we are in Pakistan or wait till we land in Canada.... As universities and employers have different requirements......

it would be better/economical for you if you get it done after landing .the fee is almost half if you are in Canada

What will be best flight to travel ? As Qatar airline cost is 120, Emirate is 110. while toronto is near 85. So what will be the right decision ?

Emirates Airline: for 2nd Feb 13; Lahore-Dubai-Heathrow-Calgary, 23kgx1 = Rs. 79500
Qatar Airline: for 8th Mar 13; Lahore-Doha-Montreal-Calgary; 23x2 = Rs. 98000

You will get Passport Request-1 very soon In shaa Allah, probably in Jan-13. In medical request they asked about wait for 4 months, after 15th Jan you can contact CHC.
