First of all let me know:

1) How long did you stay there?

2) Which kind of Ban was it? I mean to ask did they ban your entry to Dubai?

i stayed there for 6 months approx. worked as an IT manager

i just know its a permanent ban. thats all , that too i asked my friend to inquire who works in UAE at the moment,

If you have stayed there for six months then you must furnish Police Certificate from Dubai.

It's written clearly in the guide book of CIC.


Moreover, If you are banned for a offense which is not consider a serious crime/offense in Canada then you are fine.

Hello to All,

i am currently planing to conduct education credential assessment through CES. i am going to send following document to CES adress canada.

1. sealed HEC envelop (transcript and Degree duly verified by HEC)
2. All copies of document from matric to Masters, Signed application form and passport copy.

please advise if any other document/procedure required for this, your expertise in this regards shall be highly appreciated.

So i have been to the express entry CRS points system before, here is the breakdown, let me know if this satisfies the requirements, and should i continue applying, if not what should i do to have better chances

Assuming i have completed the degree certification process, plus there is no issue with my ban in UAE

I am single so, selecting the points under Applying without a spouse

1- Age - 20 to 29 years of age - 110 points

2- Level of Education - Bachelor's degree - 120 points

3- first official language - English IELTS - Converted scores from (ieltscanadatest site, found from google)
a- Reading - 8.5 band - CLB 10 - 34 points
b- Writing - 7.5 band - CLB 10 - 34 points
c- Speaking - 7.5 band - CLB 10 - 34 points
d- Listening - 8.5 band - CLB - 34 points

Total 136 points

4- second official language - NONE

5- Education - Two or more post-secondary program credentials - 50 points

6- Foreign work experience - 3 years or more - 50 points

That's it. I dont think other apply for me at the moment. Let me know if i did this correctly

And you have to show proof of funds, police certificate from UAE etc. and employment letter mentioning hours, duration of employment, job duties and pay slips.

No i have not yet done the ECA thing. will be using ICAS services, as the WES does not have my University listed under their designated ones for Pakistan. My Institute is affiliated from HEC and i have my degrees attested.

How can i get the police certificate from UAE, any ideas ?

For the employment letters, i do have them. How many pay slips are required, I never save them !

In my case institution sent the transcripts and letter to wes for assessment

One complete year payslips will be enough, explain in the letter that you have more and can provide if requested.

I gave my ielts general exam in january 2016 and scored clb9 in all language abilities. The candidate id mentioned on my IELTS report card is my passport number.

However, my passport will expire in April 2016. Therefore, I have applied for my passport renewal. I will get my renewed/new passport in 15 days but my passport id number will be changed.

What should I do ? Since i will submit my EE profile and once i got the ita, my ielts report card will show my candidate id (previous passport number).

Looking forward to a suitable advice.

Friend, you should have checked it and renewed it before taking the test,
but actually its not a problem,

Just attach your old passport also and mention your situation in Letter of Explanation.

well actually i am a spouse and my husband is the main applicant. I have taken HEC appointment to attest my docs and send to CES. but this will take time so in the mean time i am preparing all docs for my husband so that we can apply.

Your new passport Will be the same number don't worry.


Edit:sorry I checked my previous passport, it incremented number in last digital 1 to 2.

And they do mentioned my previous passport number on my new passport.
