i applied to renew my work permit 6 months in advance but still no response from ircc except automated biometrics letter so i checked with cic website and it says that we can keep working even our work permit expires as long as we applied for renewal.
Anybody has experienced something like this? my work permit expires in few months and i don't want to lose my job.
PS: i was out of status and My wife sponsored me, they later gave me chance to apply pre removal risk assessment which made me eligible for work permit. We don't have AIP yet we only have SA, ., PRRA application is still going on and there's no decision made on that either...
