hii.. i am student in canada . I have applied for my husband’s open work permit and my daughter’s visitor visa but got refusal two times. Know I Am going through very stressful time. Please someone advice what to do or there is anyone how pass through the same circumstances???

Families of international students are not guaranteed visas/permits. I would order CAIPS to see if the reason you are being denied can be overcome.

I ordered that.. they give different reasons for both times.. for first time they said living expenses and childcare of canada is expensive and finances are not sufficient.. and second time they give reason that my husband can’t be able to secure job here.. but in reality my husband is btech and also recently they tried ielts general and get (9-8-7-6.5) overall 7.5

Did you say that your husband will work in your 2nd application in response to the 1st application refusal reasons? If your child is of daycare age your spouse would need to guarantee that he could get a well paid job or else you won’t be able to cover childcare expenses. Even with a Btech foreign nationals can struggle to get good jobs in Canada. I am not sure where you are studying but it may be in an area where there is a higher unemployment rate. It sounds like you may have to wait until PGWP to reunite with your family.
