Hello, We are currently processing your application for permanent residency. You now qualify to receive pre-arrival services to help you prepare for your new life in Canada. These services are only available to you before you enter Canada. Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) funds settlement service provider organizations to deliver pre-arrival services at no cost to you. We strongly recommend that you use pre-arrival services. They can help you to: • Prepare for your move to Canada and learn about living and working in Canada; • Get your education, work experience, and professional licenses and certificates recognized in Canada; • Connect with employers; and • Connect with organizations that offer free settlement services, including language training, after you arrive in Canada. Explore the list of pre-arrival services available to you offered by the federal government or the provincial or territorial government of your destination: You will need to provide a copy of this letter when you register with the service providers listed on the IRCC website. Join us on Facebook ( ) and follow us on Twitter www.facebook.com/CitCanada ( ) for regular updates on immigration, settlement services and citizenship. www.twitter.com/CitImmCanada

well thanks wen is next step expected u u ve any idea ?
In Canada, you should not expect anything. Everything is slow and frustrating so live your life normally until you hear from them. Calling or inquiring or asking the MP to get involved will not be of any help. Forget eveything and you will hear from them someday about the next step. However, you have come a long way! I hope things go faster as they are openining more offices and hiring more staff. Good luck!

I agree with you. MP is doing nothing and not helpful at all. I prefer calling ircc myself rather than asking MP to do a case inquiry.

Quite right.
However, they keep statistics of these calls and requests for information. It has recently helped put a spotlight on how slow and inefficient IRCC has been in meeting the needs of their clients. This led to the new offices and IRCC taking on more staff.

If you need to call, please do. If it doesn't get you what you want, in the meantime, at least you get the positive feeling you have done what you can.
Best of luck all.

You have to send attested hard copies of your requested docs by DHL or any other service to your VO.
