My wife and Oldest son already did the biometrics when they applied for the VV. ( VVs were refused)
Should I expect any news soon??

Since the original submission to CPC-M was January 2021, you should expect progress within the upcoming 6 months.
I will share my spouse timeline below;

Started processing: June 30 2021
Pay Biometrics fee: October 18 2021
Checklist requested: November 10 2021
Checklist sent: November 12 2021
File transferred to Abu Dhabi: November 2021
Biometrics requested: April 20 2022
Biometrics submitted: April 21 2022
As you can see it is almost 23 months as of this month.

I contacted them a lot but they have not given me any feedback. I was informed they will get back to me with IRCC feedback, but they still have not done so. They are slow at the MP office. I do not have any idea about the status of eligibilty or security.
I also applied for Gcms notes from both IRCC, CBSA and did not get them.

Today i got PRE ARRIVAL email and ecas shows decision made.
I'm an overseas dependant which done biometric and medical in the end of December 2021. My visa office is Ankara.
Do you have any idea about how long does passport request happen after pre arrival?

Hi, I got my PR on Oct and my family done the medical and biometrics on Jan and still nothing.

Actually main applicant became PR in december 2021.
After that I received some instruction to do biometric, medical and sent requested documents.
This is really good news for you. I assume next will be a passport request if the decision is made. As I mentioned, my family has done the medical and the biometrics on Jen ...but still nothing from Ankara VO..I hope I can get good news as well....Keep in touch and wish you the best for U.

I didn't hear anything from Ankara office after doing medical too.
I think they were working on security check during this time. I will inform you more information.
