I'm planning on travelling outside of Canada to visit family members in a few weeks. I've applied for CEC PR and have an AOR from 13 Nov, 2022. I will be gone from Canada for approximately 3 weeks, I have informed IRCC via webform of my departure and return date. I also currently hold a temporary work permit that is due to expire in May. I am from a visa exempt country.
I was wondering what would happen if I were to be approved while I'm gone? Can I just travel back to Canada and get it done when I'm back? I work remotely, so I'm still working while I'm travelling, would this cause any issues as well?
