Outland spouse _ urgent question

Thanks for always being so helpful. Please guide the best option in following case.
My canadian 23 years old friend married to an Indian boy. If she moves from Canada to a third country to stay with spouse as Indian Spouse dont have Canadian visit visa.
Can she request Canadian immigration to process it faster or she gets any advantage in her case as she is forced to leave Canada because of Spouse not able to stay in Canada with her.

Please guide.

If she is a citizen, she can go and stay with him.

There's no special procedure to process faster - just a regular outland application.

Note, if she does this as a Cdn residing abroad, she'll need to provide some info on intent to return to Canada. It's in the application docs.

Just want to add, this is a typical outland sponsorship situation. Since she is a Canadian citizen, she has the option to go and stay with her spouse.
Many PRs do not have that option.
