Dragoon is right. you don't need visa just transfer. You want to do some shopping and nice airport lounge, Hong Kong & Narita.dnguy014 said:Question for those who brought their spouse back:
-Which country can you transit through without needing a visa? Hong Kong, Seoul, Narita, Beijing, Shanghai are my options
Hi Dragoon,Dragoon said:For those who interviewed in November, how did your interviews go? When I was there, 2 ladies appeared to be rejected (sad face/close to tears). For some reason they interviewed me first and my wife second. Then I was asked to come in a 3rd time. My interview was like 45 mins and my wife was 20-30 mins. What the heck. She said we had a few discrepancies and that it would take 5-6 weeks for a decision.
My wife and I reviewed the questions and for the most part we answered very similarly. Did miss some gifts when asked what gift I got our daughter, but my wife remembered I got a watch the 1st time. She forgot about the video games. The interview made you feel very rushed, and after 3 years you cannot remember every single detail instantly.
Thanks! Just booked our tickets, 6 weeks from now. Transiting through ICN, have already taken her to HKG and I find the NRT airport boring relatively. ;DBold9900 said:Dragoon is right. you don't need visa just transfer. You want to do some shopping and nice airport lounge, Hong Kong & Narita.
