Original passport to send CHC

I got medical on 29th january and I have 45 days. I have to send original passport. Can I send my child passport after 45 days. kindly suggest me in this regard.

Send a proof - copy of passport application - submitted for your child with a covering letter quoting your file number, along with your passport.
