Ordered IELTS Copy but no reply from Centre...Please Help...!!!

Hello Guys,

I took my IELTS exam in August 2011 and applied for FSW. I sent original copy at that time but now I want apply for CEC and need another IELTS copy. I sent my request to Conestoga Center by E-mail and Fax with two filled forms but did not get their acknowledgement that they recieved my request. Its almost week now and I am not sure that they will process my request or not. What can i do in this situation? they dont even answer on phone or thru email. Please, i need your help guys coz i want apply asap for CEC.

To request additional TRF’s after writing the IELTS test the candidate must complete the Application for the Issue of Additional TRFs and the TRFs-Payment Authorization Form and either e-mail, mail or fax them into the IELTS office. Candidates who have taken the IELTS test over 30 days prior to requesting the TRF must pay an additional $20.00 TRF fee for each additional TRF. Once received at the IELTS office, the Request for Additional TRF’s will take 3-5 business days to process and the candidate will receive an email to notify them that it has been sent out.

You say "almost a week". 5 business days could technically take you over a week. Just wait a few more days and if not contacted call them.
