Optional documents Citizenship application

Hi all

I am constantly posting here, apologies as I am close to applying for my citizenship

I have a question with regards to the optional additional documents in the online application.
I am fully aware it is optional but what are the examples of those documents? Do I need to provide any LOA to explain my year of absence post the soft landing?
Please let me know

Leave the optional section for truly rare/confusing situations that actually need an explanation.
Stuff like "soft landing, going back home to get ready before you establish your life in Canada" is nothing special, every IRCC agent sees many of those every year...

If you can't think of something special about your case, move on. Don't just push to add something in there just because it's there. The citizenship application is straightforward, don't overthink it.
