I have not found anything that says I can't register or incorporate a company on a work permit

Actually, under the entrepreneurship and investment program, which includes starting a business, it even says that in some cases, if it is vital for the business, a person can receive a wp while their pr application is being processed. I take that as a yes.

And yeah, I know, they are scrapping that program.

Please, do not DISappoint me. We are talking about OWP of student's spouse and not about Business-self-employed-FSW-FST-PNP and any other 60 immigration programs.
