open work permit time 2019?

my wife had recently applied for my sponsorship application, we both live in Canada and reside in Hamilton Ontario, we sent in the application on October the 1st of 2019. however I would like to know how long would it take for me to receive my open work permit, we applied on paper, also how long would it take for me to receive my pr? thank you, your information would be very helpful.
