Open Work Permit for Spouse and Dependent Children

If my spouse is applying for Open work permit, what visa category should I select for my children who are less than 10 years?
The categories available are:
Study,
Work (Open Work Permit)
Work (LMIA exempt)
Visit -Temporary
Visit - All Other types.
Transit

I selected Study at first, but it requires letter of acceptance. When you select work, it asks you to complete application for work permit. Can Minors be eligible for work permit?

most people I talked to ,they applied visit for the children and I will do the same when my wife gets her study visa
