Open file in LA before 120 days

I m in the process of PR. They requested Police certificate which i have now. I am still under 120 days of grace period. I m sending them today and will get there on monday.

Will they open file next week or so... or they will wait 120 days and then open the file? Please let me know.

They will open it when they receive it and add it to your file on the same day or very shortly thereafter.

Now when they add into the file.. will they review the case on the day its supposed to or they will try to complete the file and ask for passport request ?

do they assess and complete the case immediately upon receipt of docs or wait for the 120 days?

Normally, they will try to complete the assessment of the file assuming there are no other outstanding issues.
