Hi folks.

I landed as a PR on Feb 2023, and during the five years period, i had a travel out side of Canada.

Now I have 1096 days in Canada, and no TR days involved.

Was wondering if it is recommended to wait until next monday to make it 1101 days or apply now?

Many thanks!

No, wait a few weeks before you submit. 3-4 weeks.

With no buffer or a very small buffer, your application is much more likely to be routed to secondary review and then you'll be waiting a lot longer than the extra 3-4 weeks.

You already meet the physical presence requirement, so technically you can apply now. Waiting a few extra days to reach 1101 days could still give you a bit more buffer for peace of mind, especially if there’s any concern about travel records or calculation mistakes. Immigration timelines can sometimes feel like a strategy game where every move matters, so having a small safety margin is never a bad idea.
