Children accompanied in Spousal Open Work Permit

Hi, I received AOR today, and now preparing to apply Spousal Open Work Permit for my wife (PA).

My wife and our 2 children came here in Canada on visitor visa.

Now I'm applying the SOWP for my wife, but I don't see any accompanying information on the SOWP application. Will the children be accompanied under the SOWP? Or I have to extend the children's stay using visitor record?

Want to clarify had you lived with your girlfriend/future wife for over a year when you applied for PR? If so was she included on your PR application? The other issue is you don’t seem to be compliant with your RO which also could lead to problems.
