Make sense Raj, i dont remember the rejection reason, so what should i explain? Can I just write that I have applied for US visit visa in 2014 and it got rejected.?

You should have got a refusal letter that explained the reasons. Generally, the refusals are issued because of the reasons mentioned in the section 214(b) of the United States Immigration and Nationality Act. Common reasons include not possessing sufficient funds, not having residence outside the US, the VO believes that you will not return back at the end of your permitted time in the US or if the VO believes that you don't have strong ties outside the US that will compel you to leave US after the permitted time.

If you don't remember the reason, you can just mention that your B-2 visa was rejected. However, I strongly recommend you to try and find out the reason and mention it there. It will be there in your refusal letter.

Good luck!

Just found the letter and its say (Your purpose of travel is not consistant with the visa classification for which you applied)

What do you think... hopefully there is no issue in it.

Hi everyone,

I have a quick question. If CIC set a deadline, say 19th, May, does it mean that it is at 23:59:59, 19th, May?

Not sure but assume it as the end of business hours. I would strongly recommend you not to wait till the last second. Submit your application/additional documents well in advance.

I wish I can. But it seems that my document is ready in any minute before the deadline. This is tricky because I don't have control on it.

after paying RPRF shall i get a receipt in mycic messages as a pdf.
if yes can i directly upload it or i have to make a scan of print.
if no,then which thing to be uploaded, i mean should i must be connected with the printer while carrying out the transaction, to get the prints on the spot. i will get a record of them
plus can i make two separate transaction for me and my spouse.will the system allow me. as i have two slots to upload document

Don't really know all the answers but I think it will be just 1 transaction to pay for you and your spouse.

If there are 2 slots maybe you can upload the same receipt in both.

Again, I may be wrong since I paid the RPRF upfront.

I got my OINP and received an ITA, and I am about to apply for PR, i have completed all the forms, but in the checklist I dont fine the link to upload my provincial nominee certificate...!!!! Where should I upload that?

I am seeking for some clarification on fees. Is there a set of fees?
1. Permanent Resident Visa fees
2. Right of Permanent Resident Fee (RPRF)

If so, in a family of 4; Myself as the primary applicant, my wife and our two kids (4 yrs & 2 yrs), Is my understading below correct?
1. Permanent Residence Fees - FSW: $550 for me, $550 for my wife, $150 each kid: Total: $1,400
2. RPRF - $490 for me, $490 for my wife and $0 for the kids: Total: $980

Is my math-total correct?? total: $2,380

Hi my friends,

I am sure that it is answered before. What does it mean that the status is changed from not needed this time to not started? Thank you so much!
