Guys, I got OINP AOR on May 11 and received received another email stating as below. Did anyone received this email? Have any idea on this?


Please be advised that your application to the Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program (OINP) has been referred to a senior processing officer for a decision. The program will contact you should we require additional information to support the decision on your application. Otherwise, the program will contact you again when a decision has been made on your application.

I got a call from OINP case analyst and just after the call, got this email. There are few people who received this same email.

Not sure what is happening here

My "A background check is needed" is "Not Started". What makes it different from "Not needed at this time"?
AOR is Feb 11 though and also hoping and waiting for PPR...

Just to share my experience, I had also ordered my GCMS case notes, and my "BG Not Started" date corresponded to the initiation of security, criminality, medical, and preliminary eligibility checks in my case notes.

I have also submitted application applied in Nov end, no PPR so far, still waiting.
