I got my expression of interest letter from Ontario on dec 17th... iv been filling the application form for nomination and I happen to have a few doubts...
1. will the criterion for the express entry score/criterion chosen under the Ontario pnp scheme likely change in jan'16... n when should I send my application... in Dec'15 itself or in Jan'16... m confused...
2. the points in application where we are not applicable, what should be written... NA or Not Applicable or something else?
3. my spouse is not accompanying... whereas my dependent child is... will that be a problem anywhere in the process??

1) Send it as soon as you have all the documents ready.
2) Write N/A legibly. You should read the application guide - It has all the information you need.
3) No, IMO.

I submitted my application in China but when I call CIC they told me my application will be processed in Sydney, NS. Why most of other outland applications are processed at local visa office? or How can we find out where is my application being processed

There is no way to find this out. Cic woudnt even give u a hint about it. The best possible senario is when the visa office contacts you for some information or when u get a ppr. The thing about background check is happening with all the outland applicants . Just sit tight ..they are probably gonna get working right after their vacations end.

You will need to inform it via a CSE. Probably they will ask for passport, medical examination, PCC plus the additional fees to process the application. I guess you will have to wait for instructions on documents required.

The CSE (case specific enquiry) link can be found on google search.

Got Nominated on 21st Dec and waiting for ITA in next draw. While I wait I have a query regarding fees for remaining steps to PR. From the forum I understand there is a RPRF of CAD 490 per member.

1) When do we have to pay RPRF?
2) How much do medicals cost per member in India?
3) And what are other fees that are required till PR.?

1) You can pay it while submitting your application (e-APR) OR you can choose to pay it at a later date (you'll receive a separate RPRF request).

2) Around 4500 INR.

3) Processing fee - 550 CAD per member

My 7 months old son is by birth Canadian Citizen, But during my application submission for PR they are asking fees 150 dollar for him too? any one have the same experience?

My 3 years old son need medical exam too?

as you are from Pakistan, i'd suggest you to apply for your PCC by 26th so you can submit your PR application well in time.

The experiences you do not have the documents for should be included in the personal history section only. Writing unemployed for those periods of time will be a misrepresentation.
Include only the experiences you have proper documentation for in the Work History section.

I am from pakistan but living in Saudi Arabia as legal resident. Can you please advise about PCC from Saudi Arabia? I think we can only get PCC from Saudi Arabia after submission of application for PR.
