Hi! Thanks for the reply. It's a new requirement from CIC. I am personally applying for residency via express entry in my case.hello. It is the "Attestation number: which is found on the bottom of the left hand side.
who is asking for that? CIC or Ontario Nominee Program
I'm sorry but the attestation number is what was required in the first place , now they added a second field called PIN Language Test !Hi! Thanks for the reply. It's a new requirement from CIC. I am personally applying for residency via express entry in my case.
It is being asked by CIC. Following yesterday's update, there are two fields now. One of them is the "Attestation number" and a new field for the PIN number. Earlier applications were not required to fill this additional info.hello. It is the "Attestation number: which is found on the bottom of the left hand side.

For TEF:
There are 2 parts in the Attestation number.
Language test result form or certificate number: I added the first series of numbers
Language test PIN: the 2nd series of numbers.
I quote the info in Help:
"For IRCC to verify your Language Test Results, you must enter:
How to input numbers in the 'Language Test Result Form or Certificate Number' field
- TEF: Attestation no - This number is composed of two sets of digits separated by a hyphen. It is located at the bottom of the first page of the test. Please provide all the digits without the hyphen.
How to input numbers in the 'PIN' field:
- IELTS: Enter the Test Report Form Number only.
- CELPIP: Enter the Registration number.
- TEF: Enter the first 'Attestation number' without the hyphen.
- TEF- On the Attestation no. line, enter in the 7 digits that appears after the hyphen
- CELPIP- Enter the 6 digit PIN number"
Both first and second parts have 8 digits for me.both the first and second parts of the Attestation no have 7 digits. check well
