I received my PT notification last week and I plan to get my application assessed against CEC requirements.

I have standard experience from my previous employers (All outside CANADA) - worked in the company from X date to Y date, designation was Z etc.
I can get a detailed experience letter from my current employer (CANADIAN).

Do I have to submit detailed reference letters (roles & responsibilities, no. hours per week etc.) from my previous employers (All outside CANADA) with my OOPNP application?

Thanks...

Hi heeru_maan,

Thank you so much for your reply! I got your point.

In order to save myself from future issues/questions, the truthful answer should be "YES" and I should share the EE number because they will anyways have my old EE profile details.

Just one add-on ques plz: Even if we have withdrawn our older profile, the answer will still remain "YES", right? Plz confirm!

Thanks a lot,
Tennisstar

@Tennisstar,

The answer will remain yes even if you withdraw your old profile.

Has anyone received PT since 26th?? According to the OOPNP spreadsheet, last someone received PT was 25th. :-[

Hope they give more out.

Someone said its not Mandatory as it was just an EOI and not an application.

Regardless do you recommend changing it after receiving PT?

@OmarSarfraz,

Such a change does not affect one's CRS score and hence does not affect the PT.
If I were you, I would still change it. But that's just me.

Also in the Intention to reside in Ontario, if I have 2-3 friends who are in Ontario do I need to attach their PR cards or Passports with the letter or I can just mention it?

Thanks!

if your passport is less than 2 years old then you will have to include all the pages from your previous passport,

so in your case the answer is yes you have to include pages from your old passport as well

refrence: application guide

"Your passport must have been valid for at least two years prior to submission
of your nominee application. If your passport has not been valid for at least
two years (i.e., the previous passport expired less than two years before the
submission of the nominee application), then copies of all of the pages of
your previous passport must also be included; "

+1 if this helped you

I wonder if there is any restriction to have further studies in Ontario while the OOPNP is in process.
switching from work permit to study permit, does it affect the OOPNP application ?

For all of the people you're indicating in the application.

@OmarSarfraz,
A lot of people have merely mentioned their friends in the letter of intent without attaching their PR cards/Passports.
You can provide them later if asked.

and I am sending in tommorow do u think I am on time or am I late?

Do we need to attach a sheet with the application form stating what documents are enclosed in the application? Considering this would make it easier for CIC to know what we have sent?

Thanks!

I was going to do it, but didn't. Because we are "checking-off" in the application form which documents we have attached.
