I don't understand why the information they give on phone is different from what we see on the website. Almost all forums/threads/groups know that IRCC is giving a better update if you call them, so they must be getting a lot of calls.

It would be much better for them to display correct information on the express entry website.

I hope the updated tracker that they were talking about has better information.

Just saw a Ghost Update on my account today. When i logged in today the status changed from Submitted to Application/profile updated.
This is the 1st GU.

Anyone idea what this means ? Anyone else seeing these updates ?

Is there a chance that we could miss a GU ? It turned back to submitted once logged out and logged back in.

That means someone is working on your application which is a good sign and possibly your eligibility is passed if your Medicals are already passed. What's your AOR?

Can someone help out with a couple questions:
1) Can I submit my passport in VFS office in a country different from where biometrics have been given?
2)Are hard copies of all documents are checked after COPR?

I'm moving out of Ukraine due to current political situation and I'm wondering whether that would complicate getting my passport stamped and whether I should drag aaallll of my documents along

Different whatsapp groups have different people sharing their updates.. All Outland applicants.. Mostly with COR as India.. I joined a July AOR 2021 group this week and the updates are on that group only..

I've been trying to call IRCC from days now.. Using Fongo app..
Everytime the call lands to: We're experiencing a high call flow and cannot transfer your call right now.
And then it disconnects..
Anyone been able to reach to an IRCC agent? Also, what options do you select to reach to the agent? I had to select multiple options to reach to the point where the IVR gave an option to speaking to an agent.
