Hi, I just have a quick question: In OINP - International Students with a Job Offer, the application requires you to have a permanent, full time position. Does it mean if an employer offers you a full time one year or two year contract kind of work, you'd be not eligible to apply? Thanks a lot!

They also announced reopening noi on 22 Feb last year and after three day they start to give noi...but I think this first they ll clear backlock noi and in first week of Feb they may start to search new

How quick do you have to be to register under HCP express entry after receiving NOI ? After last year's crashes and the potential high demand, I am worried that I would not be able to register quick enough given that I am at work until about 1 PM EST.

I'm not sure if you know this, but an IELTS score of L8,S7,R7,W7 will drastically change the CRS. You may check using the tool http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/crs-tool.asp . Moreover with 431 CRS, I would hope for direct ITA in next few draws.
