hello guys I m so frustrated because i have appllied in september 2013 and still didnt received anything is anybody in that same situation need help i only have a file # and 2 times request of documents and every time that i called they told me you have to wait be patient no info or anything how long is supposed to take a nomination? my employer apply in december 2012 december 2012 he just told me he cant wait any longer i need help...... please senior i need help any suggestions tryin to find an employer that helps is very dificult now after 2 years he is telling me is enough.

If have just submitted my application in the international masters graduate category. Although my final grades are out, I have not yet applied for my Post Graduation Work Permit. Will PNP ask me for a copy of PGWP before nominating me? Will it delay the assessment of my application?

As I know, an applicant is asked for copy of PGWP if his/her study permit expire less then in 3 months from the application date.

I applied to OPNP without PGWP and there was no issue. Got PGWP after PNP nomination.

Does anyone knows how long does CIO takes to reply to emails. I emailed them to confirm whether they received my RCMP certificate or not but no reply. My purolator tracking shows that they received it on 9th may

When did your employer submit the pre-screening form?
My employer summited the form in Dec 12th, 2013 and we still have been waiting to get a letter.

Hi, I tried to reply your PM but can't because your inbox is full. So I'm posting it here, hopefully you don't mind.

Regarding your question 1, I also only submitted my police certificate from home country. But if you've spent more than 6 months in other countries besides your home country and Canada, you need to provide police certification for those countries as well.

Regarding the IELTS, I didn't submit it nor specify anything, and they did not ask me for it, so I assume it's ok. Although, there's one difference between us. I applied under PNP-PHD so I was exempted from IELTS from the first place. But...I think it's ok, based on reading the checklist so many times. If you feel concerned, maybe you can just simply call CIC to confirm?

Fortunately, I didnot stay anywhere else for more than 6 months which would mean, I am safe

I am sure that NOC 2173 category A wouldnot require IELTS either. I was just concerned that should we mention that why we didnot include any test result or they would already know about it. But now that you have reached as far as getting the Medical Exams, I am less concerned.

it has been a very slow 2 months recently. I hope they speed up the process again. the process is taking far more than estimated 3 months. damn it.

Yes they did and I provided accordingly
