1) did you receive this call before as well for an interview? means did you receive interview call before as well?
2) as most of us had received interview call and these same questions were asked at that time. as i received 1.5 ago this call ....

sorry for wrong typing... i received this call 1.5 years ago.. question were exactly same and that call was from Ministry of Ontario .


who received this call now , can you tel me the name of that lady who called you.?

This call is the part of Ontario QA project started in July 2014. We may expect this email/call soon provided they are contacting everyone

yes i can understand this is QA, but with same questions, i was interviewed 1.5 years ago from ONTARIO.

I received just now. She asked some questions of status, working and living. I confirmed with her that my application will be transfer back to the original visa office for further normal process.

I got an email as well... and after looking at the questions I was like 'oh no... not again !!! they were asking for more documentation/information' - but the good thing was that the email had the phone number so I call instantly and this is what happened...

1. She took my interview and went through series of questions (10)
2. She was going through the process of QA to verify and confirm status, work,etc.
3. This call was from Ontario.ca so no direct relation to federal immigration office
4. When I asked her what about those documents that you guys asked for in August - and she had no idea, then she explained that ottawa was federal immigration, she was provincial and was going through their internal QA process. She didn't even have those documents that I had sent in august. - anyways
5. The end result is - Ontario QA is done, they will finish their QA in next couple of weeks, will send their report to 'whomever they have to' -
6. I asked a pointed question - whether this report will trigger any progress on my PR application - he responded with - I am not sure.
7. Ottawa QA was different and this QA is different.... Aaaargh!!! how many more QA's do we have to go...

but at the end of the day - I am glad to see some movement...

i also got a call from Ontario pnp office in aug 2012. before i got pnp nomination.
I am in india
but now stuck in this QA.
my medical also got expired in Oct. 2014.

The band score of 6.5 was minimun requirement to qualify for FSW Backlog. I know one guy who was invited to apply for this program. He applied for OPNP with the IELTS score of 6 but got rejected on the basis of his IELTS score.
Let us see how they deal with your friend case as he has already been issued PNP certificate due to negligence of Ontario PNP officer (as highlighted in Audit Report)

My friend received an email after QA call that we (PNP Officer) have concern on your nomination certificate as you have IELTS band 6.0 but the minimum requirement for certification is 6.5. and also officer said in email , come in contact with in 15 days else we will take decision on your previous application

so what you think, they will reject or accept him

On July, half year ago, I got a email from my local Canadian embassy with such body:


This is in reference to your application for permanent residence to Canada as a member of the Ontario provincial nominee class.

In order to continue with the processing of your application, we are requesting that you provide us with the following documents. Please send clear, legible photocopies rather than the original documents. If the documents are not written in either English or French, please enclose a certified translation with a photocopy of the original document.

· The job offer from your prospective Ontario employer indicating your occupation title and wage for the full-time, permanent position being offered.

· A copy of your curriculum vitae.

· If you are currently employed in Canada, provide proof of employment (e.g., Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) Notice of Assessment and CRA T4 Statement of Remuneration Paid).

· Proof of membership and/or registration in regulated occupations if you intend to work in an occupation that requires registration or certification in Ontario.

· Reference letters showing at least 2 years of experience in the previous 5 years for your intended occupation for both work done outside or inside of Canada.

· Proof of education including transcripts.


If any of these documents are not available, please explain why.

Please submit all documents within 30 days following receipt of this letter to the following address/email address.
