my NOC is 2174 (Computer programmers and interactive media developers) and I received same email, I do not think there is regulation for my NOC.

My code is also 2174 and this is not regulated NOC code... means they are sending all PNP cases becoz almost all PNP cases need job letter BUT we will send them the proof that we dont need job letter and regulation letter etc. as we have been receiving letters from LVO office?

You are the one who received PPR1 email first and then other email to ignore PPR1 email. So there are no exceptions only for those who got PPR2 before July 1 i.e. before the start of Quality Assurance Project

in my point of view we just send them what they ask and if document is not available we must send them the reason becoz they asked in the last that if the document is not available then give the REASON....

Are you all getting any time frame that you need to submit these documents in certain time frame?
They dont even tell you how you need to submit these documents?

30 days - There is an option to send documents by snail mail or email. It is interesting to see if CIC encash the landing fee for applicants who had mailed their DD in July or August.

I think it is better to send an email with attached one PDF file and also send the same documents by post.

There is no need to worry. Insha Allah, no body is going to be rejected. If they were going to reject any application, they would not en-cash DD in July or August.
