Malisa,
I am also residing in the US on H1B and want to apply for the OWP. Wanted to know what are the visa conditions after yo get it.
I know that the OWP is valid for 2 years but within how many days after receiving the OWP do you have to travel to Canada.
Is it necessary to travel to Canada immediately to keep the the OWP active or you can wait for 6 months and then travel to Canada.

Completed 1 Month after medicals but still No News. I think NDVO is not giving any priority to OWP Related to FSW-Pilot Program.

Its been more than 2 months now, applied online in 1st week of Jan 2013.

The very idea of giving OWP was faster labour market integration for the Back log candidates. These guys are defeating the very purpose
of this initiative itself. Cant we escalate this to the appropriate province ? Will that be of any use ?

Anyone got medical request for the PR application (not OWP...) outside of Canada? We've got the request last month. However, bit confused... I haven't submitted the PCC with the application I sent in early December. CIC didn't ask for the PCC yet. I was wondering whether or not they'll use the PCC I sent them for the application I made in 2007. Any idea?

BTW, before anyone ask, I didn't apply for OWP yet.
