The agent confirmed only profiles created after June 1, 2015 are eligible. He did not know if there will be any changes in the future to include people whose profile is created prior to June 1. He didn't tell me how exactly the selection process is done.

This PNP is only for people who submit their EE profile after June 1. Can I withdraw my profile and create a new one? Will there be a problem if CIC finds duplicate profiles and one is withdrawn?

The application guide says minimum levels of savings/income is required. I have a non-LMIA job in Canada, do I have to show ONPNP I have $11931 (single applicant) in my bank account?

dang thought this can apply to all ee candidates.

where is it indicated that only profile created after june 1 are eligible?

I found the June 1 restriction:
"Important:

June 1st Restriction
At this time Ontario can only search the Express Entry Pool for candidates who meet Ontario's Human Capital Priorities stream criteria and who have submitted an Express Entry profile on or after June 1st 2015.

Accordingly, for the Human Capital Priorities stream, Ontario will only send notifications of interest to candidates who submitted an Express Entry profile on June 1st or after.
Should you have any questions about your Express Entry profile please contact Citizenship and Immigration Canada."

jeez. i got psyched for one bit then its restricted for june 1 or after profiles only

so are we gonna delete our profiles now and create a new one? ;D

How about if someone creates a new CIC user ID and submit a new express entry profile as OOP only sending invites to profile created after 1st June?
Is there any issue by having duplicate profiles with different user IDs?

I have a score of 444 and I really want to delete my account and re-create another one today. But it seems almost stupid that CIC/Opportunities Ontario would have a June 1, 2015 cut-off date if it can be bypassed so easily with no repercussions... I really hope that it's as simple as just re-creating your profile to get the OOPNP!!
